For some reason the metadata of the photo you have has it at a later date. I guess I opened and saved it over the original or something like that, but there's another one a couple of seconds apart (9/12, 1:45pm)...

I have others, but they're slides and I haven't scanned them...

Hi Carrie,

I'm attaching here a picture I took the day after 9/11 on a bus in Brooklyn. I had a friend that worked as a photo editor at the New Yorker and asked me for this image for the 5th Anniversary issue, but ultimately they didn't use it. It was used on an outdoor photography exhibition, “here: remembering 9/11,” on the fence of Ground Zero that opened on August 2005, and was up for many months.

I'll try to dig up other images and will send them in another email.
